Honda to debut the Elevate SUV on June 6.

New spy shots show a 360-degree camera, rear wiper and washer, and wraparound LED taillights.

Expected features include a big touchscreen, ventilated front seats and ADAS.

To be provided with the same petrol and strong-hybrid powertrains as the current City and City Hybrid.

As the debut date of the Honda Elevate inches closer (June 6), the SUV's test mules are still being spotted on roads. Now, a fresh set of spy images from its home country have surfaced online showing some more details of the compact SUV.

In the latest spy shots, we can see the wraparound LED taillight setup as provided on the new Indonesian-spec WR-V. Apart from that, we get confirmation of a 360-degree camera setup as evident from the bulge on the underside of the ORVM housings.

Other observed details include a rear wiper and washer, blacked-out alloy wheels and front-door-mounted ORVMs. Previous spy shots and teasers have already confirmed that the new Honda SUV will come with roof rails, a single-pane sunroof and LED headlights with DRLs.

While there's just a regular sunroof on board the Elevate, we are expecting it to come with a bigger touchscreen unit than the City's 8-inch unit, digital driver's display, cruise control, wireless phone charging, and ventilated front seats.

It will also be one of the few compact SUVs to get advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS), which will likely include adaptive cruise control, lane-keep assist, and forward-collision warning. Apart from ADAS, Honda will also offer the Elevate with up to six airbags, a 360-degree camera, traction control, and electronic stability control (ESC).

The Elevate will get the City's 1.5-litre petrol engine (121PS/145Nm) with 6-speed manual and CVT options. We are also expecting Honda to offer it with the City Hybrid's 126PS strong-hybrid powertrain. That said, there won't be a diesel engine on offer with the new Honda SUV.

We expect Honda to reveal the SUV's prices by August this year, which could kickoff from the Rs 11-lakh mark (ex-showroom). The Elevate will be at loggerheads with the MG Astor, Hyundai Creta, Volkswagen Taigun, Toyota Urban Cruiser Hyryder, Skoda Kushaq, Kia Seltos, Citroen C3 Aircross and Maruti Grand Vitara.
